What is "Fauxtune"? It's a word used to coin a song that is chiptune, but doesn't conform to the restrictions of authentic chiptune. All the sounds (except for drums) you're hearing are exported waveforms from Famitracker (NES), so technically they are chiptune, but processed in a DAW to make them sound cleaner.
